I like the size and the quality, it really is a very cute piece of luggage, the wheels work good too. BUT. since the bag is not stiff (the canvas is soft and flexible) it will collapse and hang down almost to the ground when pulled and not fully filled with clothes. It really needs some stability/stiffness and for that reason I can only give it 4 stars.I'll have to remind myself on future trips to fully pack it, otherwise it will basically touch the ground when you are pulling the bag which defeats the purpose of the wheels.Suggestion for the manufacturer: Add some plastic inserts for the sides you could slide in for added stability if needed.
