I took it as a universal lens on a photo trip. The only advantage is the focal range. Then there are some shortcomings. The trunk began to leave almost immediately. Apparently, that’s why they made a 28mm lock, but I didn’t use it, so as not to waste time once again turning it off and not losing the frame. 90% of the birds shot at 300 mm of this lens immediately went into the trash - the image quality at the long end was so terrible. To say that this soap is to say nothing. On other focal lengths, the picture is slightly less, but also creepy: it seems that he does not have enough resolution to cover the full-frame matrix. After the same 70-200, it is impossible to look at the picture from this lens without tears. The only plus is the convenience when shooting a report when there is no time to change glasses. This lens is not suitable for anything else. After the very trip where I used it, I was immediately sold until the dust sucked (they say it is an excellent vacuum cleaner, but this did not affect me because of the short time of use).
