Better sleep! suitable for L-arginine

If you feel you need this it's great it helps in so many ways I can't begin to list everything. Basically, I was in a deeper sleep where I dream and talk while I sleep. I also gave Tony a son who sleeps horribly and wakes up for the first time telling me about his dreams. Also everyone said we look thinner which is a side effect for some as it helps with some hormones not sure and we didn't buy it for that purpose so you need to shop around. But I wish they had told my son a few times since he started it.
