It's nice that I can scan documents to this machine instead of having them delivered via email or faxing it myself which saves me time! The fact that you have all your business information stored online with cloud storage makes my job as manager so much easier when looking up employee records etc because everything seems right at hand whenever needed-this also helps keep our office organized too!! There really isn't anything bad about using these machines but if there was something better out there then we would use that rather than continuing working off paper files/hand written notes - just make sure they are well maintained otherwise you will be wasting money every month paying monthly fees until such times as you upgrade again (which could take quite some years).
