This is some of the nicest, softest, best made bedding I've ever seen. I bought a "queen size" set and it is exactly the size it was supposed to be. The pattern is much nicer than I expected. The ceiling is a little shiny, but not shiny. It's gray and black with a nice gold stripe. It is made from 100% polyester and is machine washable. The back is gold, but it's more of a muted gold so it's not flashy or overdone. The blanket is very soft, thick, plush and comfortable. The set includes a black skirt with a flat sole. It's thick and good quality to complement the duvet. The sheets included in this set are muted gold, 100% cotton, 200 thread count and super soft right out of the box. I will point out that the fitted sheet is not a deep pocket so straps to adjust the sheet may be necessary if you have a thick pillow or mattress topper. The set includes 2 pillowcases that match the comforter and fit a full pillow or queen size pillow. . The surprise I didn't notice was that you also get 2 square 24 inch pillows. It's muted gold, with topstitching and beautiful black piping around the edges. You can put a 24 inch or slightly larger square pillow inside to give your bed a really lush look. Finally, this set includes a cream colored throw pillow in the same design as the duvet and matching pillowcases. It's totally free and saves you the time of buying the right throw pillow. It also includes a stunning black and gold stripe roll-up cushion to complete the rich, beautiful look you desire. Normally you need to buy all the pillows individually, but not in this set.
