Description is VERY misleading - Immediately Returned

this is not "true to size" as the description states and its certainly not a general one size fits all (although I will concede the description doesn't claim to be one size fits all). I received this hat and it has absolutely NO stretch at all and the tag sewn inside the hat says "M" for medium! The hat doesn't give or stretch in the LEAST.
