Quality seems ok, design is cute but didn't suit my 5 month old kitten. If I adjusted the waist belt, the collar would fit snugly around her neck, so I figured it might cause choking. Also, the plastic buckles on the collar and waist belt are very tight and small, making it quite difficult for me to undo them, which would be dangerous in an emergency. Also, the webbing material was thick and quite stiff - not sure how comfortable it would be if she had to wear it on a long car ride - and made it difficult to adjust the diameter of the belly and collar loops.
