When I first put my Anthelia waving hand in the tank, I panicked when I saw a strong current, but with the closing of the plastic element (sliding over the fan part) and strategic placement with partial obstruction from rocks, I can in my use 3 gallon tank. IMO for this to show up for finding nano or pico tanks it has to be more customizable than it is because it's VERY powerful so I'm giving 3 stars. You all should reconsider your metadata as it's not quite pico or nano ready yet. Your item has arrived. If you want this for a pico, make sure you have rocks that can take the brunt of the flow, even with a piece of plastic to "regulate" the flow, it's too strong for one Nano.
