Ground beef for cats is more like porridge. 5.5 oz Easy Open Meal Boxes

The cat is a little picky about food. He loves poultry and seafood, mostly grated or sliced, but occasionally eats pie. When I read The Honest Kitchen's list of minced grain-free chicken cat food here and saw that this cat food was described as ground beef, I thought it was a little big. Although the consistency is more like mush. This was a bit unexpected as I expected it to be a little shorter. When it comes to ingredients, the first 3 ingredients on the list are chicken, chicken broth, and squash. It's nice to see that the first 2 ingredients are meat based, although I was a little surprised to see pumpkin as the third most important ingredient. The packaging of this cat food is a bit unusual, it looks like a juice box. To open it, one had to fold over the tabs on each side at the top of the box and then tear the perforations at the top of the box. The cat food then spills out easily. The consistency is again very liquid. It's slightly larger than a pie but more runny. The cat doesn't really like this consistency, he ate some of this cat food, probably for testing, but didn't finish the rest. The cat is choosy, but tries hard. He just prefers other foods. If your cat loves soft, moist food, this chopped grain-free chicken cat food from The Honest Kitchen might be worth a try. Your cat may like this more than my cat!
