To be honest I rarely bother to write reviews when something works well but in this case I had to. My wife chose it because she liked it. Like me it is very comfortable and we almost bought it because we noticed in one of the 1 star reviews that someone wrote "No support" and that "the screws were smaller than the hole". We looked at this picture in the review and we started laughing! Rzhunimagu! My wife and I noticed that it was installed incorrectly, so there was no "support". I just want everyone to know that if you install it "RIGHT" then the bigger hole has to be bigger than the screw because that's not where the screw goes! You need to hook the screw at the top of the hole (smaller part) and it will hook perfectly if you first use a drill and then gently tighten with a screwdriver. (As shown in the photos I took!) Overall, this product serves its purpose. Note Note. IF YOU INSTALL CORRECTLY!
