I bought a bronze set. According to the picture, the part that will be fixed to the wall should be long and completely cover the bottom screw hole as shown in the pictures for bronze color. But what I received is the same as shown in the picture for black, with a semi-circular bottom screw hole.

I bought this because I needed one for the middle support of my 3/8 rod. Not sure what size it holds but I'm thinking maybe up to an inch. I plug in my bar and the screw holding the bar goes right over it. This means the mount is designed to hold a much larger bar. I only needed one and in the middle so I made it. It's very strong and not bad, just designed for a much larger cornice.

The reason I bought this wall mount is because the hooks are detachable so it can be easily screwed to the wall with a drill. When the hooks are fixed, the bent end becomes an obstacle for a hand drill. I installed 4 of these in less than 10 minutes. It's strong and holds curtains well, but not as well as other hooks.
