I won't buy them anymore
No! I opened one and waited, then another, and another. I took out my digital temp gun and none of them reached 100 degrees. I opened them all up thinking maybe I only had a bad one or two but none of them work. None stayed "warm" even for 30 hours. None were above room temperature after 24 hours. They get hard and cold between 4pm and 6pm. I wouldn't send them anything.
