It may seem very obvious to some of you, but.1) When registering the charger: The first image shows the small card that comes with the product. You replace X with your device's serial number and password. On my card, this information was on the back of the card. You can also find the same information on the sticker on the end of the charger. (Probably because it wasn't, another reviewer reported a message saying "This device is already registered.") 2) This was my experience with the iPhone and its App Store. Make sure you download/install the SchuLink+ app (note the plus sign) and not the SchuLink app. The "+" app is in the "Utilities" category and the word appears under the title. See Fig #2: My phone and charger were connected to the same Wi-Fi network in my house/attached garage. The charger has automatically connected to the WLAN. After following steps 1 and 2, the app was able to display information about the charger. I've charged multiple batteries and stopped and started the app multiple times over the past 3 days with no need to enter credentials after the first time. I hope it helps.
