Bought this for my desk. I had tried before with a cheap LED strip and it kept falling off due to poor adhesion and, more concerning, it was clearly quite cheap and eventually the control module that it had literally burned up. I took a chance on this govee after seeing some YouTube reviews and can confirm it is high quality compared to the other cheaper options.This was about 4 or 5 ft too long for my desk so I cut it and can confirm it still works. If you search on YouTube you'll find videos on where to cut it. I can confirm that all functions/settings/modes work even after cut, which is cool.
