The software has been very helpful in our overall HRM functions as it's able to be used for both internal/external applicants searching through various databases simultaneously. It allows us to track applications throughout their life cycle (from receiving application to interview). We have only had one issue with an external candidate not being available when requested by email or phone call - but this was quickly resolved once I explained my reasoning behind needing them immediately instead of waiting until they were free next week etc. This service meets most requirements we need from a single source system; however there are some features which could use improvement such as more robust reporting capabilities. Tracking candidates' progress within each stage of interviewing process & tracking results via emails and notes taken during interviews/screenings.
