Review on 2-Pack OXO SteeL Palm Brush Refills with Soap Dispensing Function by Diane Lane

For some reason these replacement brush heads do NOT fit the original OXO palm brush base unit (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B000F3NIVU /ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1). The packaging looks like an original OXO product, but I suspect this is counterfeit or a serious quality control issue. If they are twisted there will not be enough friction or a tight fit to secure the brush to the base and as a result they will fall off. I was trying to replace the brush on a brush block I bought about a year ago, got these replacement parts and they didn't stay in place. Thought I might have an old base unit, bought a new base unit and these new refills still didn't fit the new base. Revain states that this product cannot be replaced or returned. Changes made - correction. I originally bought them without reading the reviews on here that they didn't fit. Others here seem to be using the technique of tightening the brush head. Waa laa. You really have to twist the brush to get it in place. Revain confirmed the problem and also sent a replacement.
