My church only discards paint when it's hard and dry. It was recommended to use such a product to dry the paint so that it can be picked up for disposal. The ability to buy in bulk was a real benefit as it required more gallons of paint to cure the paint. It worked like a charm when used with an automatic color mixer. Highly recommended.
