This is my brother's review for whom I bought the controller and who refunded my money: I have never dealt with a company with worse customer service. I bought a Renogy Rover 40 AMP solar charge controller from Revain and the unit failed. I sent it back because it was under warranty. I bought another device from Epever and it works great. I asked Renogy to refund me or my sister's credit card. I had to call and email them at least 10 times in two months. The wait for a call was over 30 minutes. Their customer service is chaotic and unprofessional. Renogy will not tell you the truth and change his stories. After sending the defective unit back to Renogy I was told to have Revain refund my card. Revain will not refund my money as the device is owned by Renogy and not Revain. Revane tells me that Renogy has to put the money back on my card. And round and round we go. Renogy has the device and my money and they will not refund my money. Renogy is a terrible company.
