Review on Sales.Rocks by Tom Tofte

Sales.rocks is easy to use and provides excellent support for all our needs. They help us to keep track of our deals and are available around the clock. They also have great guides that can be used as reference for more complex issues. It's not very intuitive for those who are new to salesforce or to CRM applications. This could be improved by adding further guides/tutorials and maybe some training sessions for their own people. We would like to be able to store all our documents locally in the system and have access to them via email. This is currently not possible so we have to send the documents again each time we want to provide access to them.
