I really like this spatula. very sensitive skin. It removed about the same amount of dead skin from my face as a pore vacuum, it even removed some stubborn blackheads that I was skeptical about, but it really worked! I needed to get the right amount of steam/water on my face for it to glide properly so it was definitely time to learn how to use it. I wish it came with instructions because I had to look at YouTube reviews to know how to use it. I'm glad I did because I had no idea what the plus or minus ion meant, apparently it's an extraction setting not a purification. It also depends on which side of the spatula to use and it really needs to be specified somewhere! This is the only reason for the lower rating, instructions are really needed for something so specific. Didn't use the included cleansing brushes but I think I probably will later, they seem to come in handy as cleansing scrubs. I will keep using it and see how well the battery lasts but overall very satisfied!
