These brushes are of good quality and are very useful not only for grating food on the grill but also for general use in the kitchen. I use them to spread egg whites on Skinnytaste bagels before baking and they work really well. They are easy to clean both by hand and in the dishwasher. I bought it for myself and as a gift for a friend who was delighted with it. They are way better than regular brushes as they are easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
