I finally decided on this product after I couldn't find a curling iron wide enough for my long, thick hair. I was impressed with the delivery and the quality of the product was outstanding. The box itself is perfect for storage and comes with a small pouch to store your plates. However, changing the plates was a little tricky at first, but after a few tries I managed to get the plates I needed firmly in place. It heats up pretty quickly, which impressed me right away. It does rattle a bit when in use, however, but that's not a concern; Probably because of the weight of the plates. The size of the product is perfect for my hair type, but it does get a little tiring to hold when working with long hair. Overall I am impressed with the quality of this product and have recommended it to friends. to get their own pliers.
