Lights could not connect to supplied connectors
We purchased these and the connectors will not connect from the lightstrip to the controller or any other connector provided. shows that everything was in the box, but the elements that we need to connect have different plugs? They are with round pins. So we're not sure if we received a faulty kit or not, but we already had the lightstrip attached to the canopy and then found we couldn't connect it.
