Vinyl coated screw hooks. Big size. What the picture suggests. Note that they can be mounted horizontally to support reasonable weight, or vertically to hold very little weight. Don't try to hang something directly over your head by screwing it to a board or wooden ceiling. You can hold on or not. It's not that they're badly made; The fact is that screw hooks are not suitable for hanging heavy things.
