The ease of use makes it so much easier than other systems we've used in past years! It's also very intuitive which helps new users get up & running quickly as well.- Notifications are easy enough that they're not overwhelming or annoying (so far!) - Easy integration w/ third party platforms like Salesforce,- Ability to track candidate activity from beginning through end process using different channels suchas email etc., I like how easy it was to create my profile once i got started using this program. The training that comes along with this system has been very helpful in learning all of its functions. It does not seem as user friendly as other programs out there but you get used to it quickly. This program allows me to manage resumes from anywhere which makes job searching easier than ever! I love being able to search multiple databases such as LinkedIn, Monster, etc. without having to log into each site separately.
