What screw size!?!?!? Is it really rust free?

I would give 5 stars but the marketing genius suggested mounting them all on sheet metal. Never thought it could be a thicker fiberglass hood. No mention of what size metric screws are included. The screws are also black oxide coated and not made of stainless steel. So plan for them to rust the first time you wash your car. /annoy
