Received my MuVo 64 last week - no problem. (My operating system is Windows XP.) This is the first MP3 player I've ever owned, so I'm no expert and don't miss the extra features that most other players have, like the LCD screen. Nothing is easier to use: disconnect the removable storage device from the battery, plug it into a USB port, drag files and remove the removable storage device. I bought mine primarily as a training partner - it makes my time on the treadmill go by a bit faster. Since these sessions usually only last 30-45 minutes, I don't need a large-capacity turntable. The cord that allows me to hang the MuVo around my neck is a real plus; it's so light (about 1 ounce) I don't even know it's in there. The headphones sounded okay, but a set of regular headphones (like the ones that came with my Walkman) was much more comfortable. The only reasons I'm not giving it 5 stars are (1) the headphones and (2) having to press the play button for a few seconds to turn them on and off (at first I thought that's why they broke). However, I like the size, weight and sound of this gadget. A definite recommendation for those who want an easy-to-use player and aren't looking for extra features - a great training companion!
