Great - works so far

This is a great product as long as it works. It's compact, reliable, and easy to use (just drag and drop music files onto the player as if it were a removable disk). But beware: it will NOT fail. I've had three and all failed completely within a year - one within two months. Once your player fails, you're out of luck. There is almost no creative support; but if you can track it, you have to pay $20 to have them "look" at it and eventually almost $80 to have it replaced. In defense of this…

Simplest MP3 player

Received my MuVo 64 last week - no problem. (My operating system is Windows XP.) This is the first MP3 player I've ever owned, so I'm no expert and don't miss the extra features that most other players have, like the LCD screen. Nothing is easier to use: disconnect the removable storage device from the battery, plug it into a USB port, drag files and remove the removable storage device. I bought mine primarily as a training partner - it makes my time on the treadmill go by a bit faster. Since…

I gave it two stars because I got it for free

I got this MP3 player as a gift with my Dell computer. If I really paid money for it, let alone the actual retail price, I would return this zero star artist in a heartbeat. Its only plus point is the simplicity of the design: part of the device is detached, plugged into any USB port, and then recognized as a portable drive. From there, just move files to/from the player as you would from any other drive. No additional software installation, setup, etc. - true plug and play. Unfortunately…

Amazing Product - Portable Audio Video

I have the 128MB version of this product but both models are the same except for the memory size. The first thing that catches your eye is the size. Photos do not convey this. Like, it's really very small. We're talking 1 1/4 x 2 3/4 x 1/2 (inches). And it weighs almost nothing. There have been some negative reviews on this product but I think the negative reviews are what make this product what it is. You see, you have to think of this thing like a USB memory stick - it just plays music. One…

Too expensive for these features

A friend gave me this and I'm glad she did because I'm not sure I want to pay for it. player is that it is very simple. It comes in just two pieces, so you don't have to worry about bundles of cables or anything. You pull out the flash drive, plug it into a USB port, and start copying files right from Windows Explorer, which recognizes it as an additional hard drive. The player contains about 15-18 MP3 songs encoded at 128 kbps. That's enough for people like me who only walk 20-30 minutes. It's
