Wow this really works, stretched my calf and lower back, used it the first day I got it, my legs and my back was good for 3 days until i started stressing again, i'm very lazy so it was good that i didn't have to do it every day but i can imagine the results if i use it every day. Now more leg cramps at night while sleeping, 100% recommended
