I was very excited about this helmet after reading the great reviews. Received yesterday and drove straight away. The helmet fitted perfectly and the music playback and phone call functions worked great. I was very glad. That is, until I left the store to go home. I lowered the faceplate and heard a click. The left side of the plate hangs on the helmet. When I get home I try to see what it was, maybe just a clip. No, it was a bolt connecting the left side of the plate to the helmet. The head of the bolt simply snapped off in less than 4 hours with normal use.
