I like the fast preheating and shorter cooking times of this oven. It's important to keep an eye on the temperature for each recipe the first time you try it, as I've found that it usually cooks a bit faster and requires a lower temperature than listed in the chart, but this depends on the ingredients. It's fun to watch the biscuits rise at eye level! I have been baking for over 70 years and I love the lightness. Depending on the ingredients, a cake is ready in less than 20 minutes. Outstanding chicken thighs - golden and tender in 25-30 minutes. The oven light shows the product throughout the cooking time so you can check your preferred doneness and browning level. My usage is based on only 2 months of ownership.
