If you smoke 7 packs a day than this product is for you! Right out of the plastic the first thing I noticed was a very strong chemical / tobacco smell. I have tried multiple things to get rid of it, but it is still around. Unfortunately this make the case completely useless because the last thing I would want is for that smell to be transferred to anything else in my bag. So now it sits in my garage in hopes that 2 or 3 years from now the smell will have subsided and I can maybe use it for something.Despite the fact the smell renders the product unusable, the design seems pretty solid. I use standard wooden pencils, and there is enough room for them and a sharpener. I would order another one in a heartbeat if I knew the smell problem had been solved.
