Item is as described. This thing is necessary for everyone who has a lot of thread. Especially if they do not have a closure base on spools of thread. I use this item for embroidery thread spools. Many embroidery threads don't have a spool holder, so they're particularly useful for preventing thread from unraveling from the spool. They are also extremely useful when using embroidery floss. You can leave them directly on the spool so the line can be pulled off the spool with the correct tension without getting too loose or pulling too fast. I don't want to be without this product anymore. I've been looking for this product for a long time and accidentally came across Revain. I have also ordered 2 more batches of the same for 2 ladies from my embroidery club who saw this on my spools of thread. Thanks for the quick delivery of this item. I received them today.
