Information Required to Alkaline Your Body

I am trying to alkalize my body by adding green vegetables, green drinks and alkaline water. These test strips are the best I've found for testing drinking water and liquid products (like coffee or juice). They are specially designed for water (not urine*), easy to read and measure over a wide pH range (2 to 12 pH). Exactly what the doctor ordered. :D*Apparently test strips for measuring urine pH based on ion content cannot be reliably used in water.
