Slightly disappointed when I received it. The coating they applied to the trench mount seemed cheap and had a lot of chips as shown in the photos I provided. Although it's easy to fix. Went to Wal-Mart and got a can of truck liner and repainted 2 coats. I still give it 5 stars because it's a very good low profile bar. Looks great with Bajadesign's Squadron Sportswear. The pole is approximately 1/4 inch thick and is very strong and easy to install when a ditch light is mounted to the pole. Installation on each side took less than 3-5 minutes. Would I buy again even though the coating is peeling off. Just remember to spray it down with your own truck coat to make it last, especially if you're in the salt belt states. I hate salt!
