Poorly packed: my feedback
I loved the color and got it as I needed a wide brim for walks in the hot afternoon Sonoma sun. However, the hat came crunched up, poorly wrapped in a small box and the CREASES ARE HARD TO UNDO. I've done everything to even out the creases, but it still looks WIERD. Needs better packaging to avoid the creases. Not going to wear this hat. Would like to return it, but travelled back to Hawaii and it was past the return deadline. WOULD YOU MAKE AN EXCEPTION? Pls respond.
