Great software with excellent support
I like the program as it is very easy to use, and the customer service is great. I have been using this program for about a year now, and I have not had any problems. I would recommend this product to others. I would like to see more options, but so far this is a great program. I am a dispatcher for a county ambulance, and I like using this program. It is easy to use, and it helps me keep track of all of my vehicles. It helps me keep track of all of my dispatchers, and helps me keep track of all of my vehicles.
Pros
- This software has helped out with organizing information in an orderly manner that makes sense! We do everything by phone at our office here when dispatching emergency services because we are always busy!! So anything electronic will help us stay organized even if its just something simple such.as keeping records electronically or making calls from your desk while working instead waiting up long lines!!! Just little
