It's easy to use and it is very user friendly. The customer service is top notch and they're always willing to help. I like how easy it is for people like myself who may not be able to physically see someone in person all day every time i go out with them or when they don't have their phone in order to keep up with notifications of texts/calls etc. It can only be used over wifi as far as i know unless there's something new added yet which we haven’t heard about yet but this has been a problem previously too so hopefully there will be an update soon! I like how easy it is for my employees to use as well as myself. It allows us to be able to see where our trucks are at any given time which helps me greatly in knowing if they have arrived or not. Also when an employee has been late we can easily check their route using this app so we know exactly what area they were driving too. The best part is that it's so easy to use. You can easily add all your employees and their vehicles and it will keep track of everything for you. I wish there was an option to have the app sync with our accounting system so we could see all the data in one place.
