The second hand was longer than the original causing the watch to stop when it touched the dial cover. Before I finally found the problem I contacted the seller because the clock stopped, I took it off the wall and it started again. Sent a replacement without asking for a refund. Of course he had the same problem so I had to trim the other arm with metal scissors. I appreciated the seller's quick response and replacement. The swingarm was also shorter than the original so I lengthened it a bit by tying a loop to the swingarm and hanging the swingarm from it. Works perfectly.
