The best thing about smile is that it has so many other features such as surveys to keep your customers interested in using you services or products again! I am never disappointed when i use this software because its very user friendly and easy to understand what each feature does. There isn't anything bad at all about these survey tools they are great if used correctly but sometimes people don't know how to utilize them properly which can cause some problems. But overall it works well once everything is set up right. Surveys to get feedback from my clients who have been looking into different types of marketing ideas.
