Worth the piece of mind! Worked quickly and effectively

What is better than piece of mind? Nothing.lol, I am a new mom and exclusively breastfeed my daughter. When I first had her I was excited to have a glass of wine again since I had missed it for almost a year already. I was super worried though because I thought even a drop of alcohol could harm my new baby. I searched the internet and.wow.everyone has an opinion about this topic. While I feel it MAY be safe to have ONE drink when breastfeeding and not harm the baby.who really knows. I decided to purchase these for the piece of mind really. I hardly used them, but when I needed to it was great! My husband and I wanted a night out and I knew I would probably end up nursing after we got home. I wanted to drink a little.so as soon as I got home I did a quick little test with the test strip and thankfully I received a result quickly. I did still have alcohol in my breast-milk, so I just had to pump and dump.but at least I knew it would not be a good time to nurse my daughter. I have used them about 3 times since that and every time I was in the clear to nurse. I think it is worth that piece of mind if this is something you are worried about. This would also make a great baby shower gift for any new mom who may want a drink after the bundle of joy arrives.Thank you for reading my review. Please let me know if you found this to be helpful.

Pros
  • The test strips are affordable, making them accessible to a wide range of people
Cons
  • Could contribute to a sense of guilt or shame among mothers who choose to formula-feed
