USB 3.0 ports not working
Didn't last long. For me it's less than two weeks. At first I thought my external USB drive was defective. Took it with an old MacBook Pro and plugged it into a USB port and it worked with no issues. Two other external drives that work on the old MB Pro also don't work when connected to this dock. I have to go back and find someone else. I haven't sent it back yet as I want to do more testing. When connected to a Surface laptop via USB-C, all ports work properly. It looks like this with the connection to MB Pro. Plugged it back into the MB Pro, tried a Western Digital USB drive and it works great. No Seagate external USB drives will work with it. Can it be in power?
