The Handiest Thread Detective Ever!

This has earned a permanent spot in the TOP LEFT SIDE of my main tool box. I keep it there in a nearby drawer along with all my taps and dies. in my apron or tool bag with the machine, or the nut/bolt goes in the tool box. In the right drawers, I keep a box with each nut and bolt that fits each. You'll be surprised how cheap everything can be when you go to McFeeley's. Just specify the thread size and the screw. -Order length and EVERY FUCK AT ONCE. Arrange them in a logical order in your toolbox. You are already tagged! This will save you time and money on gas going back and forth to the hardware store. It can also lower your blood pressure! I love how easy it is to use. Large markings are easy to read for my aged eyes, even in a dark garage on an overcast day. A nut on one side and a bolt on the other makes it easy to check the threads. This is especially important when some stats are so close to Imperials. (#8 - #10-32) Sometimes they can fool you with short threads like those used to assemble imported woodworking machines and some foreign cars. ANY good detective will save you time, money and frustration, but THIS is cheap. , super compact, lightweight, easy to carry and use. I have another detective hanging on the store wall, but this portable design saves a lot of going back and forth. If you are a homeowner, mechanic, handyman or just love to fix and upgrade old cars (like me) this is a MUST HAVE. best design and best offer.
