After the spikes, the rubber is simply fantastic, particularly in terms of the ride comfort it provides, being very quiet and supple. Everything was enjoyable to me, even the way it handled on snow and ice. Velcro is unquestionably inferior to spikes on bare ice; but, if you drive slowly and cautiously, it is possible to drive normally on ice, as demonstrated by the testing done on morning ice. On the other hand, the rubber travels at a speed that is both clear and confident on snowy porridge, puddles, and frozen asphalt. Skated for the past two seasons, but I'm going to start wearing shoes from now on. The weather has not changed much, and Velcro has a decent resistance to wear.
