I have been a Berricle customer for a few years now. I bought a few rings and ring sets over the few years since I discovered Berricle by accident. I just bought another set. After the 3rd Return, I finally have a good fit. I did not see behind the tag on the rings that said something about "do not remove tag otherwise not acceptable as Return". something like that. I DID remove the tags but had to return the rings. I know. I am a terrible customer. Reason for the Returns, I am on medication and my fingers are all swollen. Some of my joints too are swollen. Some orders fit better than others even though they are all the same size. Resizing my actually wedding sets too many times will result in losing the stones, I was advised. I don't like not wearing my wedding set. I thought I would get a simple silver band until I discovered Berricle. I order new Berricle as the old Berricle gets tighter and tighter.THANK YOU BERRICLE, FOR ISSUING REFUNDS FOR THE RETURNED RINGS.The new rings are beautiful. The stones are beautiful. The fit is perfect - for now until my fingers swell more. I have a collection of Berricles with stones still beautiful.
