Good quality, great suction and a good set for the price. Personally, I've seen results, but results may vary for each individual. I use a set and a bonus butt massager after a workout. I use the suction cups first and then the massager which gives more and better shock flow to the area. I don't want to provide any pictures (I feel uncomfortable 😬) but my butt looks fuller. I'm not saying you'll get a round butt, especially after a few uses, but if you've already been consistently toning your legs and glutes you might notice a difference too. However, I definitely recommend this product.
