Where to start There are no problems with the seller, only with the goods. The top anchor tabs were bent and you had to manually unroll them to get the screws in. One of the screw holes did not have the threads needed for carving. After installation, the tolerance was wrong, resulting in a noisy window. After 5 repetitions of up and down, the pulley caught on the cable and destroyed the pulley as the guide bar was also out of tolerance. I ended up just going into the auto zone to match the patterns.
