I just got a new printer and installed it with no problems. I'm certainly not very tech savvy so I basically appreciate setting up a printer that's fairly connectable and working. Of course there is unpacking and setup, but everything was easy with the simple and obvious steps outlined in the beginner's guide. Filling the ink tanks was very easy and clean, without a single drop of ink. I like being able to refill my tanks where I want and fully support the inkless experience. The printer I had before broke with full ink carts plus a spare set - all for nothing! Ink carts are expensive, and once a printer becomes obsolete, new printers use new carts, making the old carts obsolete and useless in new printers. This is a waste of a product and all the energy it took to make and ship, plus about $100 worth of unused ink to me. I flatly refused to replace my broken printer with another special cartridge printer. Also, bottled ink is a lot cheaper than carts and you can see the ink levels because everyone knows those ink levels are spotty. You have to download the app to use it, but it also seems pretty well designed and simple and easy to use. I really hope
