Bad quality of the wheel axles.

Installed on a standard sliding door and they caught on the track causing the door to wobble and stop. Upon closer inspection, it was found that the metal axles coming out of the plastic wheels were catching on the sides of the caterpillar. I had to grind the edges of the metal hubs on all the wheels. These casters would work great if the wheel hubs didn't protrude past the plastic wheel lugs and have sharp edges.
