When we first received this life jacket we we very excited. The padding on the straps between the legs is brilliant! Sadly after only 2 months all the straps have deteriorated and fallen apart.I am very disappointed that this did not last the season. I was hoping to find a way to contact the seller directly.UPDATEThe customer service is fantastic. They responded right away to my concerns replacing the jacket. The new one looks good. They are investing time on ensuring the quality of their product.
